Shipping policy
Shipping is free to every country. There is no minimum order and no cost that shows up at the end.
How long it takes
- Spain: 12 to 18 days from the moment you order.
- Rest of the world: 12 to 25 days.
We prepare the order the same day or the next business day. The rest of the time is transit.
Why it takes that long
We work without a warehouse of our own: every brush ships straight from our supplier's warehouse. That is what lets us sell at this price, and it is also why it takes a couple of weeks instead of two days. We would rather tell you before you buy than surprise you afterwards.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves we email you a tracking link so you can see where it is at any time. If you have not received that email within 5 days, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Customs and import charges
The price you see includes shipping, but it does not include any customs duties or import taxes your country may charge. It depends on where you live:
- Spain and the European Union: there is nothing else to pay.
- United States: since 2025, parcels entering the U.S. may be charged import duties on delivery, regardless of their value. That charge is made by customs or the carrier, not by us.
- Other countries: please check your country's import rules.
If the order does not arrive
If 30 days go by and your order has not arrived, write to us and we will refund you in full. No arguing and no paperwork.
If it arrives damaged or wrong
Send us a photo and we will sort it out: we will send you another one or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not have to send anything back.
Addresses
Please double-check your address before paying. If you got it wrong, write to us as soon as you can: as long as the parcel has not shipped we can change it.
