30 days to try it

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. If your pet isn't convinced, write to us and we will refund you.

And you do not need to send the brush back. Returning it would cost more than the product itself, so keep it, give it to someone with a dog, or pass it on to an animal shelter. We would rather do that than make you go to a post office.

How to ask for it

Write to us from the contact page with your order number and one line saying what happened. You do not have to justify anything.

When you get your money

We process the refund within 48 hours. The money goes back to the same payment method you used; depending on your bank, it takes 3 to 10 business days to show up.

Damaged, faulty or wrong product

Send us a photo and we will fix it right away: we will send you another one or refund you, whichever you prefer. Again, nothing to send back.

If the order does not arrive

If 30 days go by and your order has not arrived, we refund you in full.

Right of withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom)

If you buy from the European Union or the United Kingdom, on top of our 30-day guarantee you have a legal right to 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Our guarantee is wider than that right and never replaces or limits it.

Cancelling an order

As long as the parcel has not left the warehouse we can cancel it and refund you immediately. Write to us as soon as you can.
